Powermatch ApS is looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join Powermatch ApS' innovative team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
